We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Secretarial Support / Administrative Assistant. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence via email and phone
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Assist in daily office operations and communications
- Support management with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online tools
